SHIPPING | FEES AND PAYMENT
We will charge you for the Goods you purchase through the Services. The Goods will be shipped to the address you designate during the check-out process or in your personal account details.
Once you place an order for Goods through the Services, the Goods will be shipped to the address you provide as the “Shipping Address” during the check-out process. Orders are typically processed within 2 days (with recognised holidays being observed) There is no charge for the shipping of orders over $150 within Australia. Select Goods may have additional shipping costs that will be shown in the Services. We do not currently ship internationally. Expedited shipping may be purchased at an additional cost.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If there is an issue with Goods that were purchased through the Services, you must email us at [email protected], or contact us through your My Account where all your orders information is available to you. Return shipping is the responsibility the order recipient of Goods unless otherwise noted in the Services. We do not ship internationally at this time. Cancellation requests should be directed to [email protected] or through your My Account portal. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to cancel it.
Risk of loss and title for Goods purchased from Rubies and Rust pass to you upon delivery of Goods to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.
